Vicaris Winter is a dark brown beer with a beautifully colored foam head and a rich aroma! It's just like the General brewed with three types of malt and two types of hops. The winter beer is the only Vicaris beer with herbs and is therefore ideal to enjoy during cold winter evenings. The use of a specific yeast strain, the complexity of the malt types, and the addition of licorice and star anise give this beer the most complex flavor palette that Vicaris has in its range.
